Spatial Final Event : An Overview of ExtremeXP

The ExtremeXP project was recently highlighted during a presentation given by Marcela Tuler de Oliveira at the Spatial Final Event in Delft. The presentation highlighted key points and stimulated fruitful discussions with the academic community.

Marcela Tuler de Oliveira presented an overview of the ExtremeXP project, highlighting its main objectives and innovative contributions to the field of artificial intelligence (AI) and data analytics. This presentation enabled participants to understand the fundamentals of ExtremeXP, its unique approach and expected results. One of the most talked about aspects of the event was the importance of responsible and accountable AI. Accounting AI focuses on the traceability of decisions made by AI systems, ensuring greater accountability and transparency. The presentation also paved the way for constructive discussions and exchanges with the academic community in attendance.

These interactions helped to explore new perspectives and potential future collaborations between researchers from the two projects. Discussions focused on current challenges in AI, best practices for ethical and responsible AI, and opportunities for convergence between the technologies developed by ExtremeXP and Spatial. The presentation succeeded in captivating the audience and highlighting key elements of the ExtremeXP project. The event provided an ideal platform for sharing ideas, discussing current innovations and strengthening links between the various European projects focusing on AI and data analytics. We warmly thank the organisers of the Spatial Final Event for this opportunity and look forward to further opportunities to present the advances of ExtremeXP and to collaborate with the academic community and other European projects.
