Funded by the European Commission as part of the Digital Europe Program, the Data Spaces Support Centre is aimed at initiatives and companies that want to create sovereign data spaces. It will explore their needs, define common requirements and establish best practices to accelerate the formation of data spaces as a key element of digital transformation across all domains.

The Data Space Support Centre will enable data reuse and secondary use within and across sectors, fully respecting EU values and contributing to the European economy and society. It will further enable and create appropriate conditions for setting up an open data ecosystem characterised by interoperability and mutual trust between participants and creating value out of data.

ExtremeXP will collaborate in the initiative as a Research and Innovation project for the development of data spaces.
